This is not quite clear, but it seems to be before 1823. Possibly already 1821. On the score of the first version there is no note about a date.
I think it was made in 1821. In this year the family started in the old house the "Sonntagsmusiken". That could be a reason and possibly the place of the first performance py Mr. Rietz.
