@RSkazuya if your standing reach is 8 feet, it takes a 24 inch vertical to touch the rim. Which means if you can touch 11'2 feet, your vertical is about 38 inches, which is the same as Derrick Rose's

@RSkazuya If you can touch 11 feet you should be doing windmills and 360's, there's no way you touch 11 feet if you can't dunk consistently

hey im 150 lbs 15 years old and 5,11¨. should i do this excersise 2 or 3 times a week? i train basketball 3-5 times a week for 2 hours
