  • @RSkazuya if your standing reach is 8 feet, it takes a 24 inch vertical to touch the rim. Which means if you can touch 11'2 feet, your vertical is about 38 inches, which is the same as Derrick Rose's

  • @RSkazuya If you can touch 11 feet you should be doing windmills and 360's, there's no way you touch 11 feet if you can't dunk consistently
