you missed my point, I live in the USA, and if you cant find beef to slice, it's cause ur retarded. You can get meat ANYWHERE, it doesnt have to be an asian market. As long as it's the right kind of beef, it'll work in any country.

It can be hard to find if you don't have Chinese / Japanese / Korean butchers or grocers in the area. A quick cheat is to chill the beef almost to frozen and cut super thin with a very sharp knife. It's only about 1 - 2 mm thick.
