Just moments ago, Dr. Sheila Johnson, cofounder of Black Entertainment Television guided a small group on a private tour of the brand new Sheila C. Johnson Design Center in New York.
Marking a new level of philanthropic engagement, Dr. Johnson gave $7 millions for the establishment of the center which constitutes the largest private gift in Parsons' history.

As if being the nation's first Black billionaire wasn't enough, Dr. Sheila C. Johnson is adding a $35 million golf course to her portfolio.
Johnson, who is CEO of Salamander Hospitality LLC rocked the investment community with the acquisition of Innisbrook Resort and Golf Club, a 900-acre, 620 room premiere golf destination near Tampa, FL.
