Learn how to add a button to your app, that takes you to another view with an animation. The effect is the same as the "flip" found with the small "info" buttons in the top corners of some apps!

  • Interface Builder actually does provide that little info button Apple uses: when you're in a button's "Attributes" section in Inspector, click on the "Type" selection area.

  • Thanks! That's good to know! I'll make a quick video on that because people were asking me! I'll credit you for it! Thanks.

  • Thank you!!! Great Job, I will add this to my existing project now and will definitely give you credit where credit is due.

Have you heard back from Apple?

  • Thanks! And I have not herd back from them yet. So far it's been 5 days. Hopefully it will be approved within the week. Let me know when you submit your app, or make a video response to my "MindBlender Quiz" video, and showcase your app!

  • Thanks .... great tutorial, it really helped :)

  • By the way, the 'i' info button is selected in the button Type property - you don't need to create a custom button. Just select either Info Light or Info Dark in the Type field on the Inspector and it'll automatically come up.
