Zhen Ji. To get her weapon all you have to do is cross over to Cao Pi's camp. After you join him go back in and take down all officers and the sub-officers. Then get 150 kills. If you fail to kill a sub-officer then just add another 50 kills to the kill count. Also watch out for the enraged soldiers they got the stats of an officer and they are a little tricky to beat.
