Islam is against these human rights and freedoms for non-muslim or women:

- Marriage protection and childrens rights (to a mother and father). All children, whether born in or out of wedlock, shall enjoy the same legal rights.
- The freedom of thought and the freedom of speech: Intellectual freedom, free debate, freedom of ideas, information freedom, freedom of competition, freedom of opinion and freedom of conscience.
- Freedom of peaceful assembly and association.
- Freedom of religion, this right includes freedom to change his religion or belief,the right to share her or his beliefs.
- Property rights and the right to have Houses of worship.
- Freedom of movement for women
- The right a woman has to choose her own husband.
- Women's divorce rights.
- Quran and Hadith are for slavery of non-muslim for always.
- Quran and Hadith are for torture of non-muslim for always.
-Islam and Quran is against equality before the law for non-muslim and women.

Islam is against that all human are equal before God, that God has given all human equal rights and freedoms. The Islamic god, creates only Muslims, clean and monotheistic. Only Muslims are true human. Adam and Eva was muslims.

Islam and the Quran is against equality for non-muslim, because Quran has not the Gulen Rule, but instead the Quranic dhimmi system.
Another reason Islam can not give the non-muslim equal rights and freedoms,
are that can lead to that non-muslim can challenge Islam by telling about the fascism, pedofila and rape of non-muslim women in the Quran.
