This 13 mile plus loop hike starts at Dally Gap and starts at Hemp Top trail to Penitentiary Branch Trail, (crossing Jacks River) on to the Jacks River Trail, back to Dally Gap. Awesome hike. Beware of the Jacks River in Spring or in heavy rain fall. This area can and does flood.
