The Work, her free offering, is just questions, The rest of it is her own experience which is only of use as a attention getter so that the individual is inspired to do his/her own inner Work. So again you're right it is undeliverable. It must be delivered to oneself. As far as her thinking too much, she seems to be listening and talking here and there. I have no idea how much someone else thinks, doesn't help me one way or the other.
