Welcome to Mel's Kitchen. I wanted to give a young friend of mine some recipes to get her interested in cooking more. I came up with the idea of putting it on youtube, so she could actually watch how it's made. I decided, it might be fun to make it public in case their are any kids or even adults out there that might enjoy watching something like this.
