How to:Fix Cydia Crash 3.0 and up

Cyberduck:

Step 1: go into your iphone and navigate to: /var/lib/apt/lists and delete all the files in this folder except for the folder called partial.

Step 2: Go back to your root folder and press the alt/option-apple-and C to get a command prompt. Type each as followed:
dpkg -configure -a
apt-get update
apt-get install cydia (if this fails add fix-missing)
apt-get upgrade (to install mobile substrate correctly)

Reboot your iphone and cydia should back to normal.

Where is the apple key?

when you say to press the alt/option key, i can fid it, but i can't find the apple key. i only see control, alt/option, and command key.
