@foodfreak Fair to say that this is more of a one-off than something everyone can do. Like people saying let's Reuse discarded bottles/refuse to build houses cause some art major did it.
But what you need to give him credit for him acting on an idea and using publicity when he had it. Now he's traded all that stuff, and the time and effort doing it, to make a story for himself that he can get small paid speaking gigs for. Better than sitting in his apartment with an idea but doing nothing.
@foodfreak Sadly, if you've not noticed the world has changed the way it works. The internet can totally change the way any item or event is taken up. A kid suplexes another kid, few years ago this wouldn't have been more than a local news story. Now its a viral sensation and the kids a hero.
Guy shouldn't be braggin about shit. His idea went viral so people gave him better stuff to help him out. If he had gotten that house without his story going global then it'd be amazing - but people wanted to be a part of it.
