@notdave17 Statim is the Ferrari of sterilizers- fast and cool, when it works, and when they break (and they do frequently) be prepared to spend some coin. My Midmark M7 is the BMW E30 of sterilizers- slower, but built like a fucking anvil, more than adequate for almost everything, and cheap and easy to maintain. Cool that you know what you are looking at, though! Our health inspector didn't know what it was LOL. Well, it's not funny, really, but LOL anyway!

@phatking3 It varies wildly. Some make over $100K, but it's actually pretty rare. The vast majority (70-85%) make 6-15K A YEAR. NO BULLSHIT. The average piercer starves. Most have to work second jobs, have roommates, or sell dope/strip/do porn to make it. The ugly truth is, most "big time" piercers are trust fund kids or have been brought in by the "right" people. I got helped out early and was dirt poor most of my career to make it, and still have room to go. Sounds like a good episode :)

@phatking3...I would add that you can make a lot of money piercing people if you use crap ass jewelry and skimp on disposable supplies, etc. If you carry $1 jewelry and do $30 piercings, your profit margin is astronomical. Or you can seek out continuing education, use quality and disposable supplies, pierce with implant grade, superior jewlery and do great piercings. You won't get rich but you can sleep well at night and have a career with longevity.

I actually learned what it was from my girlfriend who is a body piercer, and she was excited that she got one. I just learned what they did recent from her so she gets full
