Some footage of train action in Ravenna, OH on an all-too-typical NE Ohio rainy day. The weather may not have been the best, but NS and CSX were there to help. This video was shot with the older Kodak video camera, in place of the Sony Handycam. This is only a temporary issue. Please enjoy!

As always, excellent video Rich!!! Seen that Wheeling switcher yesterday after I left from Parrish McIntyre. Sweet!!

Those switchers are owned by W&LE subsidiary, ABC Railway. The ABC 1502 works the east end of the railroad, while the 1501 works the west. Both units are SW1500's. It is a pretty drab railroad, if you live near it, but considering the switchers are painted in a scheme similar to that of DRGW, is actually pretty neat.

I suppose. Although I am very unhappy that my Handycam is back in the shops. I suppose I can blame Greenwich interlocking, when it gets down to the nitty gritty.

I probably will see you sometime. I used to live in Ravenna - for 11 years. It is one of many reason's I became a railfan. Living a mile or so from that heavy of train traffic was excellent. I want it back sometimes, but now I am stuck in southern Akron.
