Hey i work for these two guys and they have 30 years of experience with birds buddy and own the only bird shop in WA that purely deals with birds and birds alone, they have raised hundreds of beautiful macaws so dont tell them what they should or shouldn't do.

You go girl, Yes I know Geoff and Ray and the reason why they helped this little chick...they normally never assist but this was a good reason for this one...the chick would have certainly died...it couldn't break through and let me tell you...this bird is now just the most amazing, beautiful Macaw...I AM very pleased they helped...so unless you know all of the facts...never judge.
