A blind fear reaction.Something like Yoshio Tachibana's victims felt I bet.It's Human nature though.If you have ever killed your own food you know nothing wants to die.There are kinder methods.

@Eternalover78 amen to that. people have to bear in mind that ethics differ in every country. change ain't easy. at the very least, be happy that someone is taking the effort to spread awareness that change should come. all these racist comments doesn't help anything. seriously, condemning a whole country based on the actions of a minority?? that just isn't right.

I will sign the petition, but I think that a more effective approach to stopping this brutality is to just plain STOP BUYING ANYTHING THAT IS MADE IN JAPAN!!!! Boycott Japanese products like cars and electronics until the Japanese stop the mass slaughter of whales and dolphins. Only by affecting the livelyhood of every Japanese citizen will the Japanese realize that they must stop these disgusting practices.

This is as sad a commentary on the Japanese people as anyone can imagine. I cannot believe that this occurs in a modern civilization. What a disgusting view of the Japanese people. If you are not ashamed of this, you sure as hell should be.
