I really don't get the big fuss with this guy's recordings. I think it's probably one of Napalm's weakest production jobs.

To me, this is one of the best Death Metal albums ever! The riffs are amazing, the sound typically "scooped mids" Death Metal, clicky bass drum and monstrous roars! My cup of tea! :))

fuck yeah!

@GaryCancer If you listen to the snare on Butchered at Birth and Sepultura's Arise, they sound so similiar.

Ooooohhhh man, Harmony Corruption! Such a milestone album! That and Obituary's Cause of Death is what got me into DM!

It is not off "Harmony Corruption" album, but originally off "Suffer the Children" EP - later released also on "Death by Manipulation" and "Noise for Music's Sake" compilations.
Maybe all the old Florida DM recordings sound the way they do because Scott mixed them so they'd sound good in his truck. :p
