On December 20-28, 2008 Mark Howard Gaffney wrote on "VENUS 22: the other Mystery Plane":
"Shortly before my book went to press we learned about another mysterious plane that circled over Washington on September 11. A military jet took off from Andrews AFB at 9:15 AM, that morning, supposedly bound for Lewisburg, West Virginia. Its call sign was VENUS 22. The plane was a C-20 Gulfstream, a commuter-sized aircraft used by the military for VIP flights. The 89th Airlift Wing, based at Andrews, operates a fleet of five of the planes for world-wide special air missions (SAMs).
However, after crossing the Potomac River just south of Washington the C-20 abandoned its flight plan. Instead of proceeding to West Virginia it turned south and made a large loop south and east of the capital. After the Pentagon strike at 9:38 AM, the plane did two smaller loops, then returned to Andrews. The following graphic documents the flight path of VENUS 22. Notice its curious straight trajectory east of Washington, which corresponds with the final approach of Flight 77 (or whatever hit the Pentagon.)
The FAA documents we have seen offer no clue as to why the VENUS 22 pilot abandoned his flight plan on 9/11. Nor do the released FAA audiotapes explain why VENUS 22 never reached altitude. By the time the pilot crossed the Potomac River---given his destination---the C-20 should already have been well over 10,000 feet. Pilots generally get to altitude quickly, especially when flying over an urban area. Yet, strangely, VENUS 22 never flew higher than 3800 feet.
The VENUS 22 pilot also made numerous course changes, all of which should have been recorded in the FAA ATC audiotapes. Yet, the tapes offer no information about any of these changes.
The names of the VIPs on board have never been disclosed, nor has the Pentagon released any details about VENUS 22's special air mission on 9/11. We also know that the 9/11 Commission failed to investigate the flight. This was confirmed to us by our confidential source on the commission.
We are left to wonder..."
However, the C-20 Gulfstream "Venus 22" was captured on video... but kept under brackets.

Ummm... the plane was flying a routine flight, which was rerouted and detoured do to the confusion of the 9/11 attack.
They are like... "Aww sh*t, hold up, we can't land... put the plane in a holding pattern...

This video really does not conclude anything. Who knows what this airplane was doing. It could have been any random plane.
