It's true that the evo is the better car stocked. But when both the sti and evo are fully and equally modded the sti just has better performance over the evo. IDK what it is but everytime I see a stock evo and stock sti go up against each other the evo takes it. I see a modded sti and modded evo the sti takes it. Prolly cause it's a lot lighter?

dead ass everyone knows the evo is better give it a rest subi wants to be the evo subis are super ugly evos are sexy subis are for old citizens like half the people looking at my coment dont buy subis they are not good they suck i had one sold it got a evo 8 love the results on track days quicker laps and they were both stock evo handles better out of the box.

@rizla420 i do not own an evo but i own a 97 eclipse gsx which is the next thing, however, i would probably have to say sti. i mean i love evo's and even though both cars are built for rally-style racing subaru took not only rally-style to the suspension and drivetrain and everything that helps cornering and acceleration but engineering a engine (the boxer-engine) that also has near perfect center of gravity. you gotta give them that one.

the regular lancer version of the evo is like his little brother that looks up to him as a mentor and his little brother aka lancer still whoops ass against most tuners :D

sti and evo r the same... they equally as good in thier own ways... as u can see with a lapt time diff of 0.2 seconds... they r virtually as fast on a track... the only thing that makes one better than the other is who is driving the cars...
