@Hakkun9872: I played the Sega CD port of this game back when I had one in the early to mid-1990s. If it helps, you can watch YouTube videos of this entire game ripped from one of the Japanese Sega Saturn or Sony PlayStation re-releases of the game. Time Gal was a LaserDisc game made by Taito in 1985 with its animation done by Toei Animation.
TRIVIA: Reika Kirishima, the name of the lead character of this game, appears in the Nintendo DS game Castle of Shikigami 3 with an all-new look.

The girl looks like a mixture of Yuri from the Original Dirty Pair and Lum from Urusei Yatsura.
