Note: You cant do this on official Firmwares. Need to be on Custom Firmware to use. (I.E. 3.40oe-a2, 4.01M33-2 slim{cps2psp 2.3.1} or Phat{cps2psp 2.0.6}!!! If your not on Custom firmware then you CAN NOT use this AT ALL, and youll get the 80020148 error code!!!

Anyone that reads this, i have a 5.50 GEN-3D Slim and fat and everything in my tutorials still work fine. its a matter of what version you use that will work and those still compatible with your CFW and model PSP.

easier way u dont need cfw if u have 6.39 just download 6.39 tn on to ur game folder in psp then download cps2 then follow this vids instructions when u download game. trust u dont need cfw for this no pandora battery no magic memory stick. screw the psx version this ones better u can get more games to and emulators with 6.39 TN thumbs up vid.

@WSXnTNA4Life Magic Stick + Pandora Battery (they need to be together). with that you can make ANY OFW into ANY CFW, for either PSP Phat OR SLim

@ferrjimenez wait a min, no it's not. you can I just realize you can change the speed in the game options on psx, not to mention this version you can't save shit. I can only play mvc1 with lilith or rose in it. and since this is the mame version it can't save the new characters. the only thing good about this version that can beat the psx version is basically the gameplay, much better than the psx, and the crossover failz on psx.

this version is better than the psx yes, but I just hate the fact that it doesn't have training mode nor options, and I that is what bothers me. but I do like the controls they are way better, than yes it's way much smoother. I thought I saw somewhere in a vid how to get this version with training mode, or mayeb i was imagining things, but yea it's cool

@max1311119 your original rom does not contain "mvce.03" get another version unzip and place all files u need in a folder, double check this on a roms list site as u need all the graphic rom rips and sound rom rips for the europe version, (google this n see wat u find" then) once u have checked make sure all files are named correctly all fullstops if so in exactly right place, right click within folder highlight all rom files and rezip using correct name heading eg "mvsc" 21.6mb 20 total size

during any game simply press, select and start simultaneously, this brings up a config menu which allows u , to config screen resolution, sound resolution, frame skip etc and also reset emulator of the rom or load new game from your rom directory, let me know if it works.
