FULL ENGINE REBUILD WITH REPLATED CYLINDERS + CRANK + VERTEX PISTONS £745.00

Crank rebuild £199.00 inc all main bearings con rod kits and crank seals trued and balanced.
Cylinder replates £102.00 each £130.00 each with weld repare.+pistons
for us to strip and rebuild engine £130.00
Piston kits from mitaka,prox,vertex,wossner,wiseco,namura.
x 2 mitaka piston kits £150.00 inc small ends and full gasket set
x 2 vertex piston kits £210.00 inc small ends and full gasket set
x 2 wiseco race piston kits only £160.00.

check power valve pins,keep up to crank rebuilds ,as if the big ends fails this can make the crank srap. as the pin is part of the center assembly and if they is damage to the pin ,THEY IS NO POINT REBUILDING THE CRANK
the vj22 and vj21 have the same center assembly the timing side web is not the same ,but the centers are and can be interchanged.

  • we degrease them first then we blast clean then with beed silicone

    must be fully clean from grease first and all moving parts removed

    we are engine builders 2 stroke and do a lot of full rebuilds on engines from rgv kr1 s rd lc ypvs banshee and all mx bikes

    so we have all the gear to do the job we need to do

  • why is the top of the exhaust port/s shaped like that as opposed to a smooth constant curve?

    they look like some of the more old fashioned engines but not as severe(the eyebrows that is, the outer upper edges above transfers.)

  • What did you do to clean the cylinder and cases etc?
