In this blog we get from Accra to Kpando, drop our bags at the orphanage and are then taken away for a two day trip, this vid shows the first day of the trip where we visit the Volta Lake and travel to Dodi Island, and stay in a posh hotel right behind a poor village which is all mud huts and no running water!

  • You're doing a good job there, Justin! I've just returned from a musical month in Mali, with similar problems and solutions. Funny though to bring 'music' to 'Africa'. That continent IS music! Have fun...

  • where de fuck were u entering kpando from? this is not de route to kpando i know!!!!

  • yea Impearialist pigs, in the US Ican't buy land or a house untill I have a residence, but the naive fools in Ghana who don't know their history & how racist & evil you are, are prostituting themselves to you to pave the way for your multinational companies & military to take over the place & reconolise them, like your ancestors the missionaries did, well when I finish my masters I am going back home to Ghana into politics, to make sure you follow the same rules as me when I am in the US

  • Well done. Nice video.

  • what do u meen?

  • Wow excellent video! We will be building a lodge(hotel-resort type place) up on a mountain in the Volta Region. In the meantime, we have a Ghanaian tour operator that works for us, very trustworthy, too. If anyone wants to do a trip, any budget, pls. contact me. It was really wonderful to see THE Adome bridge, and the Ewe drum stand along the road. I also bought several of those and brought them back to the States.

  • do you recomend that trip? might do that!

  • heey! I was in ghana same time as u were, and im going back in a week :D cant wait
