Hey Virgin Australia. Love the airline! Went on VH-YFC, your first 737-800 when it was still in a white livery, on its first flight which was very special. I am currently 13, and have wanted to be a pilot since I was 3 and one day hope to fly with you guys. Went for my first flying lesson the other day which was cool. Don't know if I will get a reply but I just wanted to send you a message to tell you what I think. Happy flying!

@t0tram could be a bit of a play on memories/emotions. the music is uplifting and it reaches a point (at the end) that many people may associate with their ecstasy taking days, as it was at this point that the words "im f@#$%ing flying" could be heard on many a dancefloor. maybe this ad hopes to appeal to these same people (who are now 40 ish) as they have money and careers and so might see themselves as 'flying' in those terms now. or maybe i'm reading too much into it. who knows? enjoy.

NO, you sent one email to say don't come to airport and that you would contact ME. 2hours on hold listening to crap music I gave up and drove 3,500km... and two weeks later I had to email you lot to get a 'get stuffed' email back.

Your credit is worthless. I'll never use this Co again, nor any Co associated with you pack of thieves.

Oh... and I paid more than that 'credit' is worth.

Hows this... flight cancelled and they send email with this in it. > " It is important to be able to get in touch with you! If you need to update your contact details to ensure that we have the best contact information that will reach you, this can be done online via manage bookings – remember to key in your reservation number."

They never contacted me further, until weeks after and me issuing a request for refund I won't get.
