  • Justin Bieber even had to tour....he toured youtube.com before he was discovered.

  • So you're saying touring isn't that big of a deal?

  • What do you do if are a solo artist without a band. The music I write requires a band. My style is classic rock, 50's 60's and blues. Guitar solo's and arrangement of the songs are part of my sound. My sound doesn't work the best solo accoustic. Finding a band to play my stuff where I live is like Pulling teeth. What do I do? Use backing tracks? I would love to perform more live.

  • let me make this clear, I think he wants us to go on tour

  • 5 star video

  • Great presentation. Ive never heard of any of these artists but i admire this guy's resolve on touring acts while the label focus' on retail stores and online giants.

  • hey! we're here dude!

  • Touring is vital. You are right about that. No one will care about you if they can't see you live. It is hard to even get noticed as an artist if you don't play live.

  • Hey! Add/Sub us! We'll Sub back! :) We are a new and upcoming record label! Have talent? Be friends with us! :) We'll help spread the word!

  • @xQUEERKIDx but with an industry label such as WB, Interscope, Etc... you don't own the rights to your music. So yes it's yours...but you don't legally own it. you're not free to do anything you want. and they can discontinue the use of your song and sue you for performing that song. Also you can expect about 20% of the profits.

With Independent Record labels you retain full rights to your own music. Also you can expect 70% of the profits
