I should know in about a month as to how serious I can be. A lot depends upon, the price, condition, and the location (mostly the cost to get it to me). The lighthouse does have a very unique look and the floor plan makes perfect sense. I have seen another trailer that is quite similar in decent condition (most of paneling is good). It's laid out completely different but, that appears to have it's good points and bad. Downstairs seems great - upstairs I haven't quite figured it out.

I believe it.. This thing sold so fast I couldn't believe it so I suppose I was asking too little.

@btowns2009 I would have to see photographs of the entire inside and the entire outside in order to give you an idea. I can also point you to good resources for listing it if you like. Go to my website for my email address. Cannedhamtrailers is my website. You know the rest. We cant post URLs in here.

I would love to find and restore one of these! It's just so fantastic! I could just picture it all redone with all the beautiful, gleaming birch-wood paneling. Maybe install parquet flooring and furnish with a few nice Art Deco period furniture. It could be quite nice! Definitely the talk of whatever campground one chose to visit.

The sale price was $2000 but the new owner spent another thousand on wheels and tires and another $500 or so getting it ready to tow.
