Not only does that look painful, it's dangerous, that location of the face. People have been known to develop severe infections from trying to force them to open, and they only succeed in pushing the infection back into the skin deeper. I worked for a dermatologist, and we sent a few folks to the hospital with that issue. It's best to leave the facial cysts alone and get to a doc.

@livx4xmusic yeah it's amazing what people will watch on youtube. I upload a video of popping zits and it gets thousands of views but let me put up a video of something that I may find remotely interesting like a video of a jet car and nobody watches them. Makes me sad :(
