This video it's a test drive of a made in Korea Jackson Soloist (MG Series SLSMG Super Lightweight Soloistâ„¢). This guitar belongs to my friend Toshiaki (guitar player from the Band Rockers).
Sometimes this got not on tune, and the reason was brand new strings! The solo was not my very best; I particularly had some difficulty to play because 0.10 Dean Markley Blues Steel are very hard strings for me.
The specifications are: Body: mahogany; Neck: thru-body mahogany; Fretboard: ebony; Pickups: 2 EMG's HZ's; Bridge: JT390 adjustable bridge;
The amp used was my Laney TFX 3 Twin, equipped with 2 X 12' Celestion Seventy-80. No reverbs and no effects were uses, just the amp distortion from a pre-amp 12AX7 tube. I hope you enjoy
