This is sadly one of the most underrated and forgotten albums in Christian rock music... it was a big commercial hit in it's time and got a ton of airplay but maybe the brutally honest album cover freaked too many people out... But the message remains relevant today that God's love is the only real answer in the middle of the trappings of what people try to bring to your life...

Few bands have ever said it better than on this album, and it remains a classic

Rez Band were never Sweet Comfort Band. They are two totally different sets of people.  Sweet Comfort Band was Bryan Duncan, Kevin Thomson, Rick Thomsen, and Randy Thomas. Rez was Glen Kaiser, Wendy Kaiser, Stu Hess, Jim Denton, etc.

Why was it never realeased in cd format? Wow would love to get my hands on this album again played all my old tapes untill they broke... This is still my all time favourite rez song and it brings back tons of good old memmories...

A lot of Resurrection Band's music has gone unnoticed, but I like to think about those that their music has been a tool to reach them. This music speaks volumes to me, and they have been my favorites since way back. Btw, my first album I bought was Rainbows End, then Colors. My favorite ... that's a hard choice, Idk, pick one. :)

@edoerner I agree! This was the first REZ album I ever bought; I got it in 8th grade BECAUSE of the album cover. :) I've since bought just about all of REZ's albums, and this remains my favorite- the lyrics and message are spot-on for today just like in '88 when the album came out.

BTW, I finally visited JPUSA Dec. '09 and met Jon Trott there; it was cool to hear the story behind him writing the lyrics to "Rain Dance" which is my all-time favorite REZ song. Here's to brutal honesty with love!
