Well, its been a while. i knew i had some energy cause i kept throwing flips in my house so i thought id go on a light training session. It had just rained to i couldnt do much but play on some bars. I had a lot of fun and calmed down a lot. I felt like i had to go out so i did. My camera died only after about 30 minutes so this is all i was able to film. Its been a couple of days since ive trained so i felt kinda weak but i was still able to pull off some cruddy giants and flyaways. Hope everyone is feeling nice and calm :)
