Thats irrelevent and does not answer the question. 86% of all federal taxes are paid by the top 5%. Those who control 25% of market capital are not legally obligated because they worked to earn it. This is not France (thank god)Giving people money they didn't earn is not a tax cut it's a hand out. Sorry man I don't go for socialist persective. You are stating a politcal belief based upon opinion and not constitutional law.

Because the Top 5% (rich) control greater than 25% of the market capital. The rest of the taxes would be made up by regular folks at the lower tax rate (12-15%).
