Fall fishing the Bow River can be the best time of year to fish for large trout. I am using Rapala's to hook into the large trout the Bow has to offer.

Do you have an e-mail address which you could display on this site, or do you have contact info on your personal website? I would like additional on the specifics of the Bow River for a potential trip. Thanks again.
Hello Mike, here is what I use year round on the Bow River. The rod is a Berkley Precision Tech 6'6 medium action spinning rod. The reels I use are Pflueger Supreme spinning reels 8040MG is the model number on the reel.
The line is 8LB Berkley XT Monofilament straight to the lure, no fluorocarbon needed. I will e-mail you the rest on the info you requested here.
I use a similar rod/reel setup for my freshwater fishing, with the exception of the line; I use braid with fluorocarbon leaders.
Regarding my other questions, are you comfortable with floating your e-mail address on this site, or can I get your e-mail address through your blog site? Please advise, and thanks again.

Thanks for the comment,
~Mike.
Fire tiger works fairly well as well as the natural patterns. I like brown trout and rainbow trout patterns, they seem to work great also.
Thanks for your comment,
