@larazanz they do? i dont see any loving father, all i see is a stone that dont hug his kids, or even react when his dother read him a personal and emotional letter she wrote for him. please explain where you see him being loving to his kids cuz i cant see it, and neither can Dr.Phil

Many people do not have loving parents... these kids need to work through their grief but embrace the fact that they still have two loving parents.

I agree, the daughter is being really selfish. No, it's probably not easy to see her father like that. But seriously, she needs to understand how hard it is for him.

There is no right or wrong to this. This is very complicated.
The father is wrong in the first place to get married.
To have children and then raise them up.
But there's no going back. There's really no going back. He knew it all along and so..he did his best to raise them and be a good father.
But this disorder doesn't go away. It grows with time , eventually he had to become a women no matter what.
Yes he let down his family but seriously , as a "FAMILY" can't they just love him for her?

With your argument should i be able to go back and start snorting coke again if i ever feel like it and my dother should just have to accept me as i am. Wich is CRAZY.

This guy is the most rude, selfish, jerk of an asshole I've ever seen. He's trying to blame his kids. He's betrayed his children in every way possible by being selfish. If he's got gender issues, fine. Divorce your wife, explain this to your family, live gay if you must, but I just don't understand this. I'd understand a bit better if there were no kids involved, but this is cruel.

u idiots should b shamed saying the daughter is being selfish! put yourself in her shoes! just because she's 21 means she can't be hurt? her dad has been pretending & lying to them so why stop now? why should he have to live a fake life, because he got married and had kids based upon a lie, and he made his bed now he needs to sleep in it! his girls feel that way because that's how he raised them to feel! and they are justified. he choose to be a father not a mother so he needs to step up!

They are bashing that poor guy/lady. This is a mental thing it is not easy to go through. TEENS NOW ARE GOING THROUGH THIS! I have a best friend who is Boy who is mentally a girl. His mother kicked him out because she thinks its disgusting. ITS NOT HIS FAULT! HIS FOSTER MOTHER TOOK HIM TO THE DOCTOR AND HE WAS DIAGNOSED WITH TRANSGENDER. It is NOT easy. Of course he is defensive.
