That happens often times. We had a case like that here and the 21-year-old gal, who had drank a little too much hit a cop (father and husband) as he gave someone a ticket...she is serving ALOT of TIME BEHIND BARS! Personally, I think the bar and her "pals" should have also had to pay....they should have seen that she was provided with a designated driver. THESE TRAGEDIES CAN BE AVERTED!!! ~ When you drive don't drink! It's that simple!
