Now they can also charge him with impersonating an M. That's a capital crime!

'Hey, Ben, there's a J. And look what he's doing!'
'Yeah... let's give him a ticket for J walking.'

"The story you're about to see is a skit. The letters are changed to protect the alphabet".

@moatguy: And with "Law and Order: Special Letters Unit" released a few seasons ago (with an M as the missing letter, though it didn't try the upside-down trick)...I can't help wondering whether the SLU cops finally solved that W's case. :-)

@cstoczyn I've heard tell.

@Garrettk41 But This Skit Was Uncut In The All-Star Alphabet DVD!

@cstoczyn Well, IK. It was indeed released on the Sesame Street Spoofs DVD. The first cut, in fact.

Long Live Jim Henson!!!!!!
I adore any of the sketches involving Jim Henson. His classic voice is heard when the W eludes the police. "Uh, what's it to ya?" Love it. "Well there must be some mistake, officer. See, I'm an 'M'. See? Mmm. M-mm!" Classic! Could be mistaken, but I think he is also doing the voice of the blue detective.

Great clip. It would have been interesting to see one made using the letter L, since it was the other wanted poster.

It's probably the L from "Rebel L".
