☆The song is Elizabeth talking to her own conscience. I added a few subtitles to help the story flow. Where the lyrics begin is the day after the instrumental part. It's here that Elizabeth begins to think that Will suspects her of cheating. Little does she realize, that it's her own strange behavior that makes him start to wonder.☆

Story: Elizabeth is feeling guilty about her affair with the infamous Jack Sparrow. When Will proposes she tells herself that she & Jack must cease their relationship, but she just can't seem to stop herself. Every time she sees Jack she tells him they can't do this anymore, but whenever he comes for her, she always goes to him. As Will & Elizabeth's wedding day approaches Elizabeth's guilt begins to tear down her mental state and she begins to feel as if Will suspects her of cheating. Feeling like a prisoner in her own mind, determined to break off her relationship with Jack, she goes to see him one last time. Jack is understanding and tells her he'll never return to Port Royal. She kisses him one last time before returning to her fiancé. Unfortunately, said fiancé fallowed her this time & witnessed her & Jack's final kiss. Elizabeth finds herself in a hell of her own creation. The next day, she dresses for her wedding, and hopelessly waits in the rain for the only man she's ever loved.
