Radiohead - I Will "dodgy Kraftwerk" verison

This was an early arrangement of I Will. This was the band's take on an electronic version of the song. It was later scrapped and this version was dubbed by Thom the "dodgy Kraftwerk" version. The melody in the background was reversed and was later turned into the Amnesiac track "Like Spinning Plates". If you listen to Like Spinning Plates backwards you will hear the background melody. I find it weird that they were so unsatisfied with this version of the song, it sounds pretty good to me. I'd probably go as far as saying I prefer it to the final version of "I Will". That said, I'm quite glad that they did make the decision to scrap it in that Like Spinning Plates, which is an absolute winner, was born out of it.
