Given Interpretation is not entirely accurate. This prayer is directed to LORD SHIVA,Great Three-eyed one who is adored, as the sweet fragrance of life. The supplicant is invoking Lord Shiva, source of all joy, to free him from bondage of ignorance n grant him muksha. This invocation is NOT directed to any abstract conception of three realities but to Maha Deva, the Three-eyed One, Lord Shiva. It is an extremely personal heartfelt statement of devotion to the Lord. See Wikpedia. Namah Shivaya

You are entitled you your opinion. However, please note that the mantra shows up on tens of thousands of pages in google searches. This includes some very traditional sites of Sanatana Dharma. If you are going to complain to them as well, you have lots and lots of work in front of you.
