Is it easy to manipulate police appearance?
I played this game a long time ago, and best remember the serious physics glitches which were caused by landing a car on top of another car. A TAS might be even able to use these for transportation...

Heh, that would be really funny.
I think police always appears at the same spots, and then they're really easy to lose in a TAS.
