  • You probably aren't allowed to answer this type of question, but do you have a favorite bass?

  • @FriendlyShadow1 - I'm allowed. My favorite tends to change regularly. I have lots of them. Right now, my favorite bass (that I own) is a Mike Lull P5. But my '74 Fender Jazz is right up there at the top too. So is my Ken Smith 6.... so, you can see my problem!

  • What is the weight on this bass like?

  • @ssjbrolly3 - I don't remember, it wasn't noticeably heavy. Probably in the 9 - 9.5lbs range.

  • Are there any US guitar makers that use the Glockenklang preamp electronics in their basses? The tone quality is superb.

  • @Bassplayingboy - I don't know.

  • Thank you Ed for the awesome vid about the Bass. I was checking out many 5 string bass lately. I always prefer fender jazzbass but this bass kick ass! I love this low mid voice so much. I think i´m going to get myself one. I like the simplicity of the bass. just one picup! But i still got so many options with the 3 band eq, active passive mode and the picup switch. I think this will be my new main bass for a few years - maybe i´m going to upload a video about it by myself when i got it :)

  • Hi Ed, the Zon hanged behind is a TJ signature, right? would you consider doing it justice with a nice little review?

  • Hello Ed! nice work as usual! but beware! quality has become your standard and eveyrone expects only the best from you! keep it up man. oh btw, is this a zon tj behind you? did you gave it a review? cheers from Morocco.

  • @BassGuitarMag Cool, thanks. I'm just looking for good suggestions. I've gotta upgrade from my Squier. ;)

  • This is indeed a good piece of art. Seldom you cam find such versatil and good tone

  • i had an extender picup bass on basslab bass

    very nice

  • gawsh, that bass is BEAUTIFUL

  • Looks like a good bass. I think it will be hard to compete in a market saturated with great basses at all price pointsl Another great review from ED!
