Hi, I am a new RN, i just graduated last year in May and have been working as an RN for almost a year now...i remember how hard it was to find a job cause so many people weren't willing to hire a new grad...it took me 3 mos to finally find a job and it required me to move very far from home and i filled out almost 50 applications believe it or not, in-state and out..i was willing to do anything and move anywhere cause i had to work asap...i sure hope you find a job soon

Have you tried working in a Nursing Home... most nursing homes will hire ASNs. I know everyone wants to work in the hospital...but you know you gotta do what you gotta do. Also, sounds stupid but Hospital wants BSN because they can take on leadership positions...bottom line money... But Nursing Homes are the best alternative.

@lahana24 Nursing homes in my area require 1 yr exp. I don't want to work in a hospital but thats the exp everyone wants me to have. I've been looking out-of-state but the move will be expensive as well. I'm willing 2 do anything! I love nursing, that's what I want to do, I don't care how.

How long have you been wearing this hair? How is it holding up? Did you put heat to it at any time?

@ILoveToScrub This was only the 2nd time wearing it. I have not put any heat to it yet. I'll probably do a formal review on it when I do.
