Darker land absorbs more heat, and warms Earth's surface! (PVs can't be shiny; they must absorb sunlight.) Electric energy dissipates as heat too.

Geothermal energy breaks thru insulation of Earth surface to pull up HEAT, also warming Earth surface. Not so "green!"
