christopher reeves will always be the best superman but i don't care what anyone says, i loved brandon routh as the new superman, i think he was a good choice to revise the role, the film itself wasn't that great but i loved routh's performance and i think he has the potential to be an awesome superman so they should definitely bring him back for the role in other superman movies regardless of who's directing or where their going as far as the story

I like both Chris did an outstanding job in the 4 movies & Brandon also done the same by bringing the Man of Steel back to Metropolis nobody can replace these 2 they are Superman.

i don´t think he was a bad superman. the thing about these characters is that when u see an actor/ actress who plays a role u like so damn well i´ts hard to follow trail...Bouth did a good job but of course Christopher was Oh God..he was superman!!!! but I like the guy for Superman but hey is like Batman and liek womnderwoman and god knows who else...

Christopher Reeve didn't have to wear blue contacts. He had naturally brilliant blue eyes.

The hair is all WRONG in Superman Returns.. It sucked so bad. I have a feeling Nolan's Superman is gonna be better also.. especially with everything in it!

@1991MRjesse Actually he does.. they were gonna let him in the suit but there were finanical problems so that's why they did cgi but however the show was MORE about him becoming Superman. However i remember reading a interview with Tom Welling saying he wants to do a Smallville movie later down the road where he can don the suit or something possible related to making another Superman movie that's seperated from Nolan's work and he DID say he would wear the suit.
