  • Oh, also, would you be able to do a video about flexibility too? I have as much flexibility as... well, a pole.

  • This is just what I have been looking for - thank you so much. Have just bought your Vertical Dance DVD Vol 1, can't wait till it arrives! One question - what is the best brand of chalk to use for pole dance? My hands get unbelievably sweaty and it's making me scared to try more difficult moves in case I slide off altogether :( There are so many brands out there though - I know Mighty Grip is the one that most dancers recommend but it seems really expensive! Is it worth the money?
