What's the point of demonstrating the amazing new technology of 'Phosphor Plus' on a regular TV, especially with loads black and white TVs still in use.

Sounds like a washing powder ad! We have an old Rank Arena TV, still going strong. Must be from the 1970s although earlier than this because it's not 'phosphor plus' or anything exciting.

I remember the old "...Australia's favorite colour tv" ad. Our oldie lived long before it went up with a pop and some smoke.
