YES, that was a 4-Wheeler on the runway at 8:43. That's @ Chignik Lagoon (KCL) and the runway cuts through the middle of town (not a very big town). They've since beefed up the runway (though still gravel), lengthened it slightly, and added crossing signals, but when a plane's not using it, it's another town road. I flew there for a year and miss it immensely! No other flying like it!
