Trouble on the highway! A smoking 18 wheeler carrying two cars runs into trouble as the cars decide to make an early exit and drive themselves off the trailer. Sure to create traffic chaos, Car Carrier Chaos is another Black Cat® original.

Effect:

18 Wheeler produces white smoke, silver glittering w/whistle as it moves forward; head light emits red & green stars w/whistle, moves backward; two small vehicles run off the trailer, one car moves forward with red & green stars and whistles to crackle; the second car moves forward emitting titanium spinning flowers.
