The 'Living Well' campaign features real people with dementia who declare 'I have dementia I also have a life'. The advertisements are designed to increase public awareness about the condition and to outline simple things everyone can do to help people live well with dementia.
We spoke to one of the people with dementia in the commercial, Peter Dunlop, about the challenges of a diagnosis of dementia.

Revealing interviews consider the background to the campaign, the creative ideas behind the shoot, and the excitement of being on set.
According to new research one in three people are uncomfortable around people with dementia.
The full results of the MORI poll were announced by Care Services Minister Phil Hope as he launched a new NHS dementia awareness campaign.
