Guilty or Not Guilty - OJ Simpson

This very question was asked to college students in Northern California. Is OJ Simpson guilty or not guilty of murder? Simpson was jailed during his murder trial, which ended last October with his acquittal in the 1994 deaths of ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend Ron Goldman. The families of the victims are suing Simpson for wrongful death.

The pool of prospective jurors in the O.J. Simpson civil trial was split along racial lines, with whites saying Simpson was probably guilty of murder and African-Americans saying he is innocent.

This took place at Los Medanos College, Pittsburg, California in 1994.

@mjmitch33 how many people have been put to death on death row when they were convicted on logical conclusions and not facts and it was found out later that they werent guilty? Plenty. Thats why he was found not guilty. They didnt have enough factual evidence, it was circumstantial.

I keep telling you I think OJ could have done it, I also think Jason could have, the problem is they didnt do a good of proving who.

Youre voicing your personal opinion, I'm ok with that, it doesn't make you right.

@Yutubetopteensingers I for the life of me just cannot understand why the injuries,blood,hair,fiber,guil­ty actions after and so much more does not prove he did it. The fact that you allowed these online made for profit shows shade the actual evidence bothers me as well. We know that even if the civil trial Jasons,coworker,boss and girlfriend account for where he was that night. We know OK was violent and had acts of rage,we know he had been trained to kill just weeks prior. Would video help?

@Yutubetopteensingers She did not lie at the trial she lied to the clown writing the book for a small fee since they know the civil and legal trial is over. Same with Ron Shipp! Ron Shipp was a friend of both of them... do you remember what he did in the trial? I bet you dont!

@Yutubetopteensingers In the real world, your blood at the scene,there blood in your car, your gloves,hair,fiber and so much more being transfered from where they were to where you went... it is the only logical conclusion. We do not need a video, it is called reasonable doubt. You are being totally unreasonable if you think all this evidence points to OJ and the real killer left none. You are seriously just looking for the outcome you want in your heart not what the facts show.

@Yutubetopteensingers Did you notice that tv show was put together to sell videos and books for a guy selling OJ crap? The evidence that OJ killed them is simple. Injuries,blood,gloves,shoe prints,hair,fiber, lies, running,not asking about his kids safety, suicidal thoughts. Dont tell me OJ was suicidal for Jason. If that was the case he would have confessed and saved him. He knew all the evidence was left and knew he did it. At the grave he apologized. With Rozie he did as well.

@Yutubetopteensingers No the evidence shows he was injured with one major cut and seven abrasions on his left hand the same night his ex wife was murdered. We also know the person that left the scene in the shoes that wrestled with Ron left foot prints and a blood trail matching his injury. We also know he never explained how he got cut to police and didn't know how.. duh. I guess the real killer could levitate and flew out.. lol
