Finally completed it on camera! Follow these routes and you will surely get your achievement! Enjoy! I fast forwarded in some spots in order to get under the 10:00 limit that youtube requires. My final time was 10:34:91 making it #24 on the leaderboards.

MasterFebo, No reason to because you're gonna have to wait for the door to finish opening anyways, besides those railings are an easy target to mess up your wallrun and lose time re spawning.
